The 90-Day Baseline Guarantee

Perimenopause doesn't fix itself in a week, and neither does a supplement. So give The Baseline 90 days. If it doesn't work for you, we'll refund your first bottle, even if it's opened or half-empty.

How it works

• You have 90 days from delivery of your first order to ask for a refund.
• The guarantee covers one bottle (a 1-month supply): the price you paid for it, after any discounts.
• You don't need to send back an opened bottle. Keep it.
• One guarantee per customer. That means per person, household, email, shipping address or payment method.
• To start, email info@notyoung.com within the 90 days with your order number. Tell us how it went. We read every one.

Bought more than one bottle?

If you ordered a 3-month or 6-month supply, we'll refund the bottle you opened. Any bottles that are still sealed and unopened can be sent back for a refund too. Email us first. Returns sent without asking won't be accepted. You cover return shipping. Opened extra bottles aren't refundable.

Subscribers

The guarantee covers your first shipment. You can cancel or skip anytime from your account, so renewal shipments aren't refundable. If a renewal arrives and you don't want it, send it back sealed within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it (you cover return shipping).

What's not covered

• Shipping costs
• Orders after your first one, except sealed bottles as described above
• Requests made after the 90 days are up
• Gift cards

Damaged, wrong, or missing?

That's on us. Email info@notyoung.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it, and we pay shipping. No need to send anything back.

When you'll get your money

Once your refund is approved, or once we receive your sealed bottles, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If it's been more than 15 business days, email us at info@notyoung.com.
