Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

What's your cancellation policy?

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

Are my payment details secure?

How do I manage my subscription?

Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

When an order is placed, it normally takes our team approx 2-3 business days to get it processed, packed up and ready to ship to you. Once an order is sent out, the shipping time varies by destination.

For domestic orders in the US, the average time for standard shipping is 3 to 7 business days.

What shipping company do you use?

Not Young ships through the United States Postal Service (USPS). When selecting your shipping method at checkout, please keep in mind that the stated transit time for your order is an estimate. It does not include our turnaround times which average 2-3 business days or less.USPS PriorityorFirst Class Mailtransit times are not guaranteed and their processing is not expedited. Holiday and weather delays do occur, and are beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

What is your refund policy?

You can see our full refund policy here.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at chelsea@notyoung.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6008 Hwy 36 Rose Bud, AR 72137. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will not be issued until we accept and receive your returned item.

My order is damaged-what do I do?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Are there any exceptions?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

When will I get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
